Something about this show feels so much more organic than the average reality court show, it truly seems like the plaintiffs and defendants really are just random people who can't get their cases before a real judge. Every time I see someone new walk through the doors I can't wait to see the way they'll react to Matt's unbridled personality.
The jokes here are truly hilarious, while at the same time they often fly dangerously close to being cringe, but that simply makes them funnier because of the courtroom environment. If you understand who Matt is, and how intensely straight faced he is when being sarcastic, then you'll have a great time with this show. It also helps if you have a functioning moral compass.

I viewed the entire first episode with anticipation, being a fan of courtroom dramas. I was curious about the premise. However, the humor fell flat from the first annoying use of the gavel.
The show aims to have humour, featuring ludicrous cases in a courtroom setting reminiscent of Judge Judy. I understand that the presiding figure is not a real judge, but the participants are obliged to treat him as one. Yet, his arrogance lacks humor.
This show is the kind of mind-numbing content one might encounter in a doctor's waiting room when there's nothing else to engage the intellect.
In summary, this show is mundane and unoriginal. It fails to capture my interest or approval. It's a 'no' from me.

It makes me laugh out loud. I love Matt's dry humor, which for him includes extending cringe moments. The pace is good, not all jokes land but it's entertaining to watch. Would recommend if you're looking for something light with the spouse. Not to watch as a family if you don't want your kids exposed to mild cussing. I like the bailiff and Matt's banter, but it does get awkward, in true Matt Walsh form. Hoping and looking forward to another season to watch. It's something to put on when I'm not sure what we are watching in the evening. My husband likes it as well so maybe translates to both male and female audiences.
This show is simply insane and an insult to the intelligence of those who actually care about the rule of law.
This monstrosity is like watching uncle goober, who "gradiated" the 3rd grade, make legal decisions. How those who have agreed to have their disputes settled by by such an ignoramus and keep a straight face and remain deferential, is painful to watch.
I am sure this is all done in the name of humor, but it just isn't funny, at least in my opinion. Snark and sarcasm are one thing when watching Matt on his regular show, but out of place and painful to watch in this setting.
Do not waste your time or money to subscribe to DailyWire+, if this is the reason for doing so.

Here comes the judge. What a nice surprise. Matt with his incredible dry sense of humour and add in a bit of deadpan for good measure.
No spoilers here but I found myself laughing quite a bit in every episode. An excellent parody of courtroom shows. The cases are absolutely ridiculous, to add to the comedic chaos.
Now on a serious note. It seems the country where my parents were born has absolutely no love for this program. (My dad watched one episode with me and was laughing out loud). It seems that, as I type, there are 33 ratings from Lithuania. Every single rating just happens to be 1 out of 10. This show seems to trigger virtually everyone in Lithuania who bothers to rate the show. I find that astonishing!!!
Coincidence.....I don't think so. Me thinks there has been a fair bit of review bombing from humans pretending to be from Lithuania.
My rating stands at 9.
Court is adjourned!
