Giving 10/10 solely for the beautiful love story of Sevilay and Nuh and the amazing chemistry of Leyla Tanlar and Aras Aydin. They made this show bearable when we couldn't stand it anymore. From the start, their story has been so magical and heartwarming that you get enchanted unable to leave.
As for the series, it did have a wonderful potential, a great cast and an original premise that could easily make Siyah Kalp one of the most iconic Turkish series. Sadly, another script fell victim to an awful team of writers, dreadful directors (exclude episodes 1 and 2 from this) and a production company that never cared about their project.

This series used to be good, started really interesting with good actors, amazing location (Cappadocia), novelty story, yet somehow it should've ended where the Sansalan patriarch left the series, not after he died but when he got sick, when the actor left the show, perhaps even before that. After his departure, the series can hardly survive, it's gasping for story. No more interesting events, except for the comedy antics of Bunyamin and Canan which are not funny at all, repetitive, cheesy, stale.
Lately, all the cast are basically shown in one screen, comforting each other if not arguing with each other, no story now, except perhaps for Hikmet and Halil on the other side of the screen playing as the nemesis.
Giving Nuh an illness did not help to revive interest nor give the story a boost of excitement. While on that, let me point out a very common thing with all turkish series - it's the only world where a person undergo a life-threatening surgical operation would be able to stand, walk with ease, run, even somersault the following day or a day after hospital discharge. Happened in this series, Nuh?
Everything has been resolved. No more stories to tell, the writers run out of ideas, should end already.

Initially, this show had promise with an amazing view and attractive characters, but dragged on with plot twists that seemed, well...off.
What I liked most: By far, the best part of the series is the location. It is stunning and fabulous. Second, I really like Burak Tozkoparan (Cihan) and he is lovely to watch. His character was all over the place, but overall, he was my favorite. All actors did an acceptable job and they worked within the script they were given, so I can't really blame the actors for any shortcomings.
Which leads me to what I did not like so much: Mainly, the inconsistencies within the story were off putting. For example, Cihan's character went from being stellar to sinister to stellar again. Same with Nuh: Love him, hate him, love him. It was pretty weird and unbelievable. Some casting I felt was questionable: there seems to be an age difference between Nuh and Melek, although they are said to be twins. And also, the pairing of the lawyer friend with Harika was a very strange choice.
All things considered, the series was good but not great. The scenery was excellent, the actors fine, but the story dragged a bit.

I can honestly say I have never had any movie grip me with so much curiosity and excitement. Big thank you to the people who brought these two talented actors Burak Tozkoparan and Hafsanur ; Aras Aydin (Nine Perfect Strangers !) and Leyla Tanlar together and gifted us with all these amazing feelings. CihMel and SevNuh !The love, the sadness, the loss, the happiness, the fear, it's all here.
The chemistry between Hafsanur and Burak Tozkoparan is just so beautifully portrayed and you become fully invested in their feelings and can feel every bit of excitement and butterflies that the characters feel as they fall in love. The passion and chemistry between Burak Tozkoparan and Hafsanur is off the charts and everyone watching their story is in for good romance. A chemistry that you could actually feel and see in just the way they looked at each other. I hope that they work again in another series.
Inter Medya has tightened its grip on the global market with fresh deals for Valley of Hearts (Siyah Kalp) the tally to more than 30 territories since the series bowed last September.
This could have been a great dizi only if the writer stuck to the original plan and not to the request of social media fans. This story have so much potential but the writers underestimate the intelligence of the viewers.

Such a beautiful turkish love story. This summer I will visit cappadocie with my family... This is my best turkish dizi. I have seen many but never saw such a great cast. Even the grand mother is one of the best actresses. Sevilay is very good. Also hikmet and tahsin. Melek, Cihan and Nuh are also very handsome. They act Nice. So touching. Bunyamin and his wife Canan are funny. First I toughy that it would not be very famous but now it is an very populair dizi in Turkey. When I visit this place then maby I will go to the places where they make the scenes. Cappadocie is really very beautiful. Thanks to Cast.
