Escape from Extinction Rewilding

This documentary is a must-see for anyone who cares about planet Earth. It is unlike anything I've seen before. The film makers do an excellent job of presenting the challenges while maintaining hope and inspiring us all to be a part of the many solutions for animals, species and the ecosystems that support us all.

This film is a powerful wake up call and it showcases such amazing biodiversity around the globe along with innovative, sustainable conservation methods that have the potential to bring back many more species from the brink of extinction.

Rewilding is already helping to increase populations of threatened animals worldwide by expanding their habitats. And the beauty of rewilding is that we can all play our part by protecting wild places, and planting native species that allow pollinators, birds, and so many other animals to live and thrive.

Escape from Extinction was a powerful documentary that highlighted vulnerable species around the world and the dedicated scientists who are recreating habitat to ensure their survival. The photography was stunning! Individuals and organizations around the world are taking action to benefit both the vulnerable species and the residents who share the same ecosystems. The documentary inspired hope that we CAN restore habitats and support our most vulnerable species in their recovery. Suggestions for how we can help were included at the end of the movie. I wish that everyone could see this documentary so that we can combine our efforts to rewilding the planet.

Meryl Streeps voice is so perfect for this story. I was especially inspired to learn about how the adorable otters are saving the Seattle coast. Everything is connected and this film has a great way of showing that. I hope you get a chance to see this movie in theaters.
