Eight episodes into resurrection and it is clear that the franchise had put that original ending far behind it. Original Sin was an honest to god 9/10. Also ending considered I didn't hate New Blood. The writing, cinematography and acting in this is absolutely incredible. The meshing of storylines as well as the layering of the story. True Detective, Game of Thrones and other franchises that fell off could learn a thing or two from what Dexter has done. (The Walking Dead's last three weren't bad either but that's another story)

Episode 8 delivers one of the most suspenseful hours of the season, bringing the "kill room" motif back with a clever twist. The writing balances nostalgia with fresh tension, showing Dexter caught between his dark urges and the consequences of past choices. The pacing is sharp, each scene layered with dread yet driven by strong character interactions. The psychological depth-especially Dexter's internal struggle-feels authentic and gripping, while the direction keeps viewers on edge with atmospheric tension. By the end, the episode leaves a lasting impact, reminding us why Dexter remains such a fascinating antihero.
I think it was a crucial episode for the series' continuation. While it wasn't as exciting as episode 7, we can't expect every episode to be a masterpiece. It was an important episode for the following episodes, a culmination of the story. I think this episode will get a lower score than the others because everyone was expecting this episode to reach the level of Ozymandias after episode 7. Naturally, when it didn't, it made it seem like a really bad episode.

I love this show .. i miss it.
I love this series.. I miss it.. I miss all the characters and the general atmosphere.. The best series I have seen in my life and I am looking forward to a very excellent episode because I do not expect that there is any episode of the Dexter series that was boring.. And whoever says this does not have artistic taste.

The ending, the ending always surprises me and makes me vibrate like no other series has ever done, detectives appearing like a queen always with your glamor.
Really i felt like a kid watching breaking bad for the first time It's tense, vibrant, and radiant in intensity, always leaving Dexter on the edge of a cliff and having an exciting twist.
