The Snake

This competition series pits a group of individuals with disparate backgrounds against each other for $100, 000. As the show progresses, they must compete in varying contests and face eliminations.

The contests are interesting, and they test physicality, mental acuity, fortitude, sociability and luck. Some viewers might find the games of luck to be a betrayal of the show's ethos, and the finale determines the winner in a rather arbitrary manner, though the players do have a role in determining their own fortunes.

The contestants are an interesting group, spanning all types of occupations and demeanors. They are what makes the show worth watching, with their various strategies and personalities. Because each player is competitive, it makes this a very difficult game to win. I would watch another season if they bring it back.

A game of persuasion and social survival of the fittest.

Facing many fearful, social and mental strategy through out a 10 week ride , with 15 contestants. Truthfully I have never watching reality game shows but this was an amazing display of strategy of the mind and mental fortitude. I am impressed and would be absolutely shocked if they don't continue making new seasons.

I found this show to be quite entertaining. Jefferies is a pretty good host and doesn't seem to skip a beat on the show with his transitions and instructions regarding the contest. The contestants are a motley mess of people but they come together to create a good amount of chaos and uncertainty about who will/can actually win the thing. Liking season 1 so far, and would recommend.

They had too many challenges that were completely luck, which defeats the purpose of a competition. Who wants to watch someone roll dice or play roulette to win something. And the way they decided the winner was idiotic. Not to mention more than half the contestants are unbearably obnoxious. Kethryn was delusional, start to finish. Jordan was ignorant, start to finish. And Jake has the most punchable face I've ever seen.
