Found A Deadly American Marriage very interesting, especially hearing the story from both sides. It's hard to imagine how difficult it must be for the families involved. What stood out to me most was how strongly the documentary leaned toward the victim's side of the story-or maybe that's exactly what it wanted us to feel. I'm not sure if that was intentional, but it made me question the balance of the narrative.
The documentary was overall well-made, with good pacing and interviews that kept me engaged. However, they showed a lot of images from the crime scene, which felt like too much at times. While the storytelling was solid, something about hearing from both sides didn't feel fully neutral. It seemed like the documentary leaned more toward one side, not gonna lie.
In the end, I'd say it's worth watching if you enjoy true crime documentaries. It's an interesting take and offers a new way of presenting crime stories, but keep in mind it might not be as balanced as it seems.

Suzume is a beautifully animated film that delivers the kind of warmth and comfort you'd expect from a feel-good anime. With its cozy aesthetic and realistic visuals, it instantly pulls you into its soft, magical world. Set in modern times, it cleverly weaves in elements like smartphones and social media, making it feel fresh and relatable.
The story follows Suzume, a brave young girl who embarks on a wild, sometimes scary journey. Along the way, she experiences love for the first time and confronts her past, ultimately healing her inner child. Her growth is subtle yet heartfelt.
Visually, the movie is stunning. The animation is a true highlight-rich in color and detail. However, while the film starts strong, the pacing towards the end begins to feel a bit slow and overloaded, especially as the plot becomes heavier with themes of motherhood and loss.
At its core, Suzume touches on themes of love, loss, and self-love. Though no single moment stood out as deeply moving, the film maintains an emotional thread throughout.
If you're a fan of anime, Suzume is definitely worth a watch. It's charming, visually gorgeous, and carries just enough magic to make it memorable-though a quicker pace might have made it even better.
