Saw someone review that this was just absolutely terrible with 1 star - congratulations you were unique today.
This movie is meant to be dumb and I honestly thought it was really funny. I first watched Alan Ritchson in Blue Mountain State and will always remember him as the dude with the micro pen*s in New Girl. Then Reacher came along and I enjoy him in that.
So it was kind of hilarious to see him acting as the best of both those worlds.
This is a movie, not a fact-checking documentary. It's meant to be fun. And it was so stupid that it had me laughing out loud. Yall need to quit being so serious.

They just completely ruined this franchise. There's no saving it in season 5, just pure trash.
The Witcher, from the very beginning, was never perfect. I don't think it ever could be. But I enjoyed the first 3 seasons - the storyline was decent, the acting was good enough, the action and fight scenes were great, and all of the characters and storylines were slowly but surely coming together.
Look, there was never any doubt in my mind that Henry Cavill leaving would create a massive hole in everything.
But my god, I actually feel sorry for Liam Hemsworth. I don't think he ever planned to fill Cavill's shoes but he was a great replacement (even though Cavill should have NEVER left, but that's a bigger conversation).
I honestly don't even know what I just watched. I've seen tons of TV shows good and bad, but this season 4 was like they hired a teenager to write the script.
The smaller storylines/subplots were infuriating. Ciri's new relationship? What the hell was that? Be with whoever you want, male or female, I don't care. But that whole storyline was uncomfortable and strange and you could feel the uncomfortableness coming from Ciri's character through the screen.
And then Lawerence Fishburne randomly? Like, what?
Maybe it's our own fault as viewers for continuing to give Netflix their viewership numbers and in return they just churn out what's next, yet I just don't understand how something like this season 4 and its writing gets green lit and approved.
Crazy work to be honest.

I really liked season 1, it had a solid storyline that was different and showed an alternative view into what we typically get from a Washington DC sort of spy thriller.
Don't get me wrong, season 2 was okay and, in moments, was entertaining enough.
BUT, I could only get through every 20 minutes or so without being like, "what the heck? Why? How?"
My biggest issue was with the relationship between Rose and Peter. Don't get me wrong, I understand it's a fictional TV show, but like, Peter is meant to be an FBI agent? Most of the characters are meant to be professional government officials.
So how does Rose continue to insert herself into every single possible scenario and situation as a civilian? Like, Peter, come on bro, say no once in a while. The way she dictated what he did and how he did it without (really) having any involvement in what was going down was actually really frustrating.
All in all, okay watch but it honestly had every possibility to be SO much better than what it was.
Typical follow up season from a Netflix original that completely loses itself.
