Oh no, an ugly gargoyle attacks a ship ful of people i practically don´t care about. What a tragedy!
No, honestly, why is Dracular so damm ugly? In the book, he´s described as a middle-aged man whose appearance seems out of step with time. Not like a shrivelded pile of skin.
Besides, who came up with the idea of brining a child into this? This innocent child who´s only at sea with his grandfather, the Captain, because his mother is no longer alive.
Why do they have to make it into a Hollywood-Horrormovie so desperately? Well, yes, I realize it´s pure horror for the Crew of the Demeter, but that´s reching a little to far into the Horror movie bag of tricks.

If someone had told me this was a 2010 fan film on YouTube, I would have believed it without batting an eyelid. A somewhat confusing film with people who were forced into it; somehow no one seems particularly happy to be in this film, or they simply can't act.
What are Lancelot, Merlin, and the Sword in the Stone doing in a film about Robin Hood? Had they planned an Arthurian film, but it was canceled, and they still had a few actors and props they wanted to use?
I have so many questions, and none of them were answered in this film.

How could this film have been made in 2021, and why does it have an early 90s trash movie vibe? Why does it suddenly become a love triangle drama between Lucy, Arthur, and John? Where is Quincey? How can a film have Bram Stoker in the title and exploit the drama of marriage proposals so heavily? It seems to me like they wanted to make a love drama, and to get people to watch it, they hid under the cloak of Dracula.
I stopped after half an hour.
