I have watched this series since it began. It has been creative while managing to maintain Star Tek canon. There have been some exceptionally creative episodes that broke new ground for a Sci Fi television series. This particular chapter allows us to look deeper at the Gorn while learning a bit more about the mysterious Metrons.
A lot was tied together in this offering. And a big question remains. Can humans and Gorn live in peace. EXCELLENT EPISODE.

Though a bit confusing in the early going, "Wicked" ended up being well scripted, well acted, with great effects, and some wonderful voices.
The two principals were amazing as was Goldblum who carried off his number with style. I had never considered him a singer before seeing this but he performed marvelously.
Michelle Yeoh was wonderful as was the entire supporting cast.
The cinematography was spectacular and the sound recording and editing was as good as it should be for a musical presentation.
I have been a fan of the Wizard of Oz since first seeing it when I was eight. The most impressive character was the Wicked Witch of the West played by Margaret Hamilton. Cynthia Erivo honored Hamilton with her portrayal of this character.
The story was well designed - the writers found a way to take us back to before Dorothy while recalling the original story. A real winner that I would give a higher score to if I could but I found it too operetta like in some cases. Script was sung that would have been better left as spoken dialogue. If not for that, the movie would deserve a ten but because of that I can only score it an eight. But, it's definitely worth the watch.

In many respects this series is incredible. It offers inciteful information and a view into history. We see A. H. as he rises to power and wins some early victories that make him over confident. And we see his failures. What's really great about this series is it's window into what's likely leading to the transition from success to absolute failure. But that's also it's failing. The producers have employed the required historical experts to add honest testimonials to their observations. But, they take it a step farther and use so-called experts in body language to explain what's going on with Adolf and his motley crew. At best this type of analysis is faux science because it is so subjective. It becomes obvious these two "experts" are seeing what they want to find. It takes away from the whole series.
