This show is "technically" great, if you are an American. It will make you regurgitate, if you are not American, or you are one of the decent Americans (but the average rating for this show is so telling!).
With almost no exception, each episode is a masterclass of bullying, misoginism (I can't recall one episode in which women were not depicted in the most despicable ways), racism, and the most fundamental ways of people being disgusting.
Of course, if you are one who enjoys fart jokes, this show is a masterpiece, but if you are in the slightest a decent human being, this moral disaster is unwatchable.
Finally, yet important, I know, I know, many (especially Americans) will claim that this is comedy. It's a fictional show meant to make people laugh, not a moral stance, but those would be the racist, misoginistic bullies who think that constantly presenting women as worthless pieces of meat is funny. Of course! What's not funny about that?
People! ... and I mean those who still have at least a trace of decency. Yes! Offensive comedy is funny, when done properly! Every single joke can be funny, regardless if it's racist, misoginistic, deprecates men (why isn't there a word for that?!) religious, or whatever else, but there's a HUGE difference between a joke and an ode to these despicable behaviors.
Many movies and shows have offensive jokes, but they are either presented as jokes (as in an outrageous contrast to a character's regular behavior), they are accompanied by repercussions (at the very least someone throws a drink in one's face) or belong to negative characters.
Despicable! (and I feel I didn't use that word enough).

Here is a another mix of Rambo, The Matrix and Captain America baked at the perfect temperature for NRA fanatics.
You don't get a story, you don't have character development, but hey! ... there's this old men who runs through bullets! How cool is that?!
Of course, the only sad part is that such individuals didn't exist in 1940. They would have won WWII in 24 hours or so.
A movie with every known Hollywood stereotype, with 3 or 4 witty lines and one guy killing half of Mother Russia. Now, that's what I call a brain-dead recipe!

Imagine this ... a thriller/ mystery that keeps you at the edge of your seat for almost 2 hours and ... are you ready for it?! ... there are no gunshots, no explosions, no CGI, no superheroes, no D size breasts covered or uncovered.
All you get is great acting, great plot, great story, great mystery, amazingly built characters and real twists.
It should be on the list of 1,000 movies to see before you die.
