Confusing, convoluted, dark ( and not in a good way) and just all around terrible. I'm not sure what Ridley Scott is thinking giving his franchise away but he should've thought twice. And don't get me started on the Wendy character. She is a terrible actress and I know she's supposed to be a synthetic but come on nepotism can only take you so far. I rewatched Alien, Aliens and Prometheus instead and had a much better time. Ridley just stop 🛑
This was one of the worst movies I've ever seen. And I've seen a lot of movies. Using the same disgusting Jon Benet Ramsey joke over and over was totally unreal and unnecessary. No one could act but with a budget of $3500 I don't know what was to be expected. Maybe the turkey could've been better but again the budget didn't call for much.
The movie wasn't bad. A little over the top with the kills but what I couldn't understand was the family make up. So the Asian father had 2 kids, one spanish and one Asian, a clearly Caucasian wife so how did that happen? This movie feels like a really bad either disney or nick at night movie not a real horror movie like the others. Sad to see Tony Todd in his last role and happy they let him have creative control over his last role.
