Easily the best episode so far. A perfect balance of a gripping story, funny moments, and nostalgia for the original movie.

For me, the Alien franchise has always been about a monster in space, so I'm glad the creators went back to a ship to show the beginning of the story. Although, it would also be interesting to know where and how the crew collected this monstrous zoo?!

And how can you not love the eyeball? She's such a smart sweetheart.

So, we've reached the halfway point. This episode was slow and talky, but everything was interesting and funny at times. I suspect that this season will reveal Prodigy's fate, and potential future seasons could explore more about the other corporations. My body is ready. Judging by the reviews, even dissatisfied viewers are still following the story along with us, which is a good sign. There's a chance for this spin-off to develop further.

The only bad thing about this was the music in the middle of the episode. I had to take my headphones off because it hurt my ears, although maybe that was the creators' intention I don't know. Other than that, I would say this is a non-trivial alien series. I'm giving it a 10 to counter the undeserved 1/10 ratings. This show is not as bad as some viewers make it out to be. I say this as both an Alien fan and a fan of the sci-fi genre in general.
