It has a better balance between horror and comedy. I think it improves on most things from the original, it changes things up just enough so that it's not a rehash. Chucky and Andy is even better in this movie and Kyle is a great replacement for Karen from the original. Great Sequel!

This one is a classic and I do really like it. It has great suspense and iconic scenes. Especially the scene where Karen realises that Chucky is alive. However, from that scene and onwards, I feel like the movie goes from a creepy doll movie to a horror comedy. It's fun to watch but it kind of creates an imbalance in the movie. A classic of the genre.

This movie is an example on how you successfully reboot a franchise that has become stale. It used to be my favorite and it hasn't gotten worse for me, it's just that the two movies above are just better. Great reboot!

I might be on an island with this one but I wish this movie would've been successful enough so that it would've earned a sequel. Sadly, it wasn't. That has led to Don creating a show that will k*ll this franchise. You might understand that I'm not a big fan of Don having control over the franchise. Anyways, this movie was great and it was different enough to be worth making. It doesn't really make sense to have children play with the standard chucky doll. It made sense in 80s and 90s but not in todays society. Nowadays, children are addicted to technology and that's what this movie showcase. Really good remake!

Easily the best thing that Don Mancini have created but I still do not think this one is that good.

Fans tend to think that this one is underrated and even though that might be true, it's still not very good. I feel like the poster for this movie really reflects the movie in how bland it is. It's very similar to the previous installment and that makes this movie kind of uninspiring in my opinion. But it's not just the fact that it's a rehash that makes it a weaker installment. They have this military academy which is good for a change of pace. However, they don't do anything interesting with it. I liked when Chucky put real bullets in the paintball guns and that was nice way to use the military setting.

I know the most popular pick for worst of this franchise is Seed Of Chucky but I just can't enjoy this movie for a couple of reasons. I'm gonna start with a few nit picks that are worth mentioning. The scene where Chucky and Andy hangs out in the beginning is a fun scene but the scene doesn't make any sense. Chucky becomes more and more human as he spends time in the doll. So how is a decapitated head still alive and able to smoke for that matter? I thought you needed lungs for that. Voodoo or whatever can't explain that. The scene doesn't make any sense. The new ability that Chucky somehow aquires is to be able to possess anybody he wants. He just explains it with a small joke. I could look past it if it wasn't for the fact that, why would he just now learn this ability. It's just a way to introduce something new and fresh to the franchise. If he had that ability in the earlier movies then he would take over the world and be unstoppable. Now moving onto the things that makes this movie so bad. Why do they add Andy to the movie if he was just gonna be an idiot? First of, Alex is a pretty terrible actor. And if Andy is in this movie, why wouldn't Chucky just possess Andy instead of Nica. Andy literally defeated Chucky three times. I do know why though. It's because Don want's to add a totally unnecessary lesbian kiss scene with Tiffany and Nica. Nothing wrong with that, it's just so unnecessary to add because what was the point. You know the golden boy of this franchise Chucky, not even he is good in this movie. His design is okay I guess but his writing was garbage and he usually have good and funny lines but he didn't in this movie. I have ranted a lot on this movie now and there's a lot to be said about this movie because I don't like it whatsoever. F this.
