The Book Was Better. Casting Call For The Wager: A Tale of Shipwreck, Mutiny and Murder by David Grann

If you haven’t read this book. Put down your phone, and do so immediately. Often when literary works are translated to film, things are missed, lost, if not outright destroyed. It appears this particular work is in the quite capable hands of Mr. Scorsese and Mr. DiCaprio. I’d just like to add some names if I may, to round out the cast of this crew, namely Alfred Molina as Captain Cheap and Ray Winstone as Bulkeley. Whoever is cast, I’m certain the finished film will be a masterpiece companion to this terrific tome.
