3,5/5 After the zombie apocalypse breaks out in South Korea, Joon-Woo a wannabe streamer kills his infected neighbor and hunkers down in his apartment after some months pass he meets a girl in the apartment across him and the two eventually link up. The two of them meet another survivor but they soon realise he may have some ill intentions. This netflix original is pretty good and definetly has some budget to it, the rather isolated setting helps it too. There are some missed opportunities (such as the movie making a point early on about zombies beginning to fight eachother, but then never bringing it up again) but other then that it's an enjoyable watch.

5/5 Jim (played by Cillian Murphy), a pizza delivery boy wakes up in the hospital to find London completely empty eventually he realises it isn't completely desolate as he soon realises a deadly pandemic has broken out which has turned most of the UK into fast running infected hellbent on infecting anyone alive they come across. After nearly being killed he is saved by the machete wielding Selena (Naomie Harris) and Mark but Mark is soon killed by Selena after some infected blood gets in an open wound of his. The pair comes across Frank and his daughter and attempt to find a millitary base they've heard about but Frank is killed when a single drop of infected blood gets into his eye before he is gunned down by a group of soldiers who bring the remaining three survivors to safety however Jim soon realises the three of them are even less safe with them than they are outside. This movie popularised the fast running zombies (yes, i know they're technically not zombies but let's be honest they are.) and is a great movie overall, the shots of an abandoned London are absolutely masterful and the gritty way it is filmed adds a lot to the horror.

2/5 In this mockbuster from the asylum

1,5/5 The third entry in the terrible zoombies franchise switches locations to an aquarium, after some shenanigans (including a cgi octopus jumping out of its tank to...eat (?) two of the staff) all the fish turn into zombies to prey on the staff and visitors and the group has to make their way out (i don't know why the aquarium has a lockdown mode which locks everything from the inside and outside) and has to find their way out while avoiding all sorts of the undead animals It's not just fish however there's also a walrus, an alligator and more. While the previous two entries were at the very least somewhat fun to watch the first hour of this one is quite boring with characters slowly moving around halls while some fish like starfish show up to try and attack them (kudos to them, they manage to get a kill) every now and then. It still takes itself way too serious and the cgi is still laughable, most of the kills are offscreen.
