(1983), "The Nehrus and the Gandhis" (1985), "Street Fighting Years: An Autobiography of the Sixties" (1987), and "Ugly Rumours" (1998), a play satirizing the Blair government. A friend of Bertrand Russell, whom he met while at school at Oxford.
