Hold degrees from Langley High School, Harverford College and the
Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Studied Artificial Intelligence
at M.I.T. and worked on the navigational vision based system used on
the Mars Satalite. Is the older brother of Filmmaker Mitch Gavin.
