BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH
A young lady with a simple dream turned her dreams in to reality. Ms. Sheryll Ann Mesina now heads a business empire that spans diverse interests that resulted from her hard work and perseverance. She hurdled huge obstacles and essayed a successful business life despite impossible odds.
Currently, she is the Owner/ President and CEO of Empire Center a 7-storey mall located along EDSA Pasay, and The Royall Mall Corp., the first and only mall in the heart of Bayambang Pangasinan and President of CSQ -SAHI Construction and Development Corp. where she has done in 3 years a P1.5 billion construction project for Land Registration Authority .
Also, she will go in a bigger way from her past real estate dabbling but this time jettisoning that of selling land but being a property developer herself. Her first stop is a housing project in Cavite and soon a hotel is in the horizon. That 2.2-hectare property development in Imus, Cavite.
Much like Cinderella, she lost her father when she was 12, lived with her 3 Aunts and from then on she had to go through a difficult life, waking up early to clean the house before going to school. Later on she had to stay in the convent to be able to concentrate in her studies. She married young and went through a battered life for 15 years but was blessed with 5 kids which made her to keep going on.
Her business storyline started when she got married. At the age of 16, she started her Medical Supply business, supplying to major hospitals such as Makati Medical Center, Delos Santos Medical Center and most hospitals in Mindoro and Batangas areas. At 18, she put up Hospital Furniture Factory making Operating Tables, Delivery Tables, Hospital Beds and other hospital furniture. Four years later, she opened her door to another venture, a "real Estate Business;." In this new phase of her career she was able to give assistance to the less fortunate land owners to resolve their land dispute problems. It could be said that her venturing into the Business World could be her way of coping with the difficulties of her kind of married life.
After a long journey she has built her own name in the business world: A fruit of her hard work, passion and determination to be the best in whatever she does. Her hands- on behavior and down- to-earth attitude have placed her to the pedestal where lots of people look up to her and take her as an inspiration.
Now she remains much firmer in her resolve to succeed in this new phase of her business empire.
