Marc Blitstein's career in entertainment began at age seven when he was introduced to the drums. After arriving in Los Angeles, he formed the LA rock quartet Psoma, touring with bands like Weezer and The White Stripes, playing to sold-out crowds throughout the US and the world.
Writing was a natural progression for Marc, who has penned and sold scripts for networks and production companies such as The History Channel and Original Productions. He was also staffed as Story Editor on Antoine Fuqua's straight-to-series drama Ice, produced by eOne.
On the comedy front, Marc scripted and professionally produced his digital series Tales from the Toilet. The award-winning series took home first place overall at the International Horror Hotel Film Festival and was an Official Selection at Shriekfest, the Hollywood Comedy Shorts Film Festival and at the Independent Filmmakers Showcase.
In between his band and writing, Marc was also a rising star in the commercial production industry, quickly becoming one of the most sought-after producers of television commercials and ad-based creative content in Hollywood. His campaigns for major advertisers (Facebook, Apple, Range Rover, Corona Beer to name a few) have won numerous Addy, Clio and Creativity Magazine awards throughout his 15-year production career. Marc has produced content on locations throughout world including the US, Mexico, South America, Canada, Europe, and South Africa with production budgets ranging from micro to over $10 million.
Marc is a co-founder and Executive Producer at It's All Your Fault Productions and a member of the Writer's Guild of America West.
Marc holds a degree in Music Media and Industry from the Frost School of Music at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida.
