other Pride polls here.*Intersex people are not transgendered (and the "I" in "LGBTQIA" stands for "intersex") but since they are outside of a binary sexual identity and I know of only one intersex character in film and TV, I wanted to give credit to a compelling intersex character in a good movie (Alex in
'XXY').
