In episode 22/1 of Sledge Hammer! (1986), Hammer defuses a nuclear bomb in the city, which drives Captain Trunk crazy! "Hammeeeeeerrr!!!"

Homer Simpson from Los Simpson (1989) shows a dangerous lack of care handling nuclear materials in the intro of the TV-series. He also sleeps and does silly things on the desk of the power plant's monitoring system.

There are unsecured blue plastic barrels full of atomic waste on a ship that runs into a sharknado in Sharknado 5: Aleteamiento Global (2017). The barrels get crushed by the sharknado. The atomic waste flows out of the barrels and forms an atomic waste sharkzilla (...nado). At least the news on one of the TVs in the movie tell about a sharkzilla. Any questions?
