Give That Man an Emmy!
Harvey is having a time with Donna's absence and we continue things here, as that guy who is trying to restructure the methods of payment, is getting on his nerves. He is a nasty, cruel character, and probably, down the line, will have a big price to pay. Mike begins to work with Zane, Rachel's father, and is stabbed in the back by him. They begin as partners and the older guy takes over, to the disadvantage of the clients. Harvey still hasn't solved his anxiety attacks and still is able to function most of the time. Mike saves Zane's bacon at one point but he is dealing with huge bouts of arrogance.
Good but could be much better
Overall I mainly enjoyed this episode but there were sections that I felt weren't as good.
The Donna leaving plot is starting to tire for me. At first it provided a twist but now it seems people are just arguing over her and she is left complaining and angry - given less time to show off the Donna 'charm' that makes her such a likable character. I also don't like the panic attacks and the fact Harvey is seeing a therapist, I feel this adds nothing to the show and seems out of character for me. This along with the fact that Harvey was on the receiving end of others plots' made his character less interesting than before - he also seems to have more angry moments towards people, which is fine and part of his personality but feels overused recently. The new character Jack is forgettable and doesn't seem to have a big enough reason to chase after Harvey.
The parts I did like was the 'power struggle' (for lack of a better term) between Robert and Mike, this was enjoyable to watch and showed how much Mike had progressed as a lawyer. The growing relationship between Rachael and Jessica also made sense and showed potential. Also, I thought the penultimate scene in the courtroom was fantastic and great watching.

Phenomenal
I love this series and I love these episodes. Seeing the actresses and actors interact is fantastic. Cast, crew, writers, and directors are top notch! The "replacement" Donna is amazing. She brings a new mixture of comedy and confidence to the equation. Do not let this series pass you by like I did. It wasn't widely talked about but should have been!
