Vintage Tech Hunters

My family really enjoyed this show! The hosts are so knowledgeable and so much fun. They exchange witty repartee and share such interesting back stories about the items. The retro 80s graphics and original TV advertisements are a nice touch. Looking forward to more episodes!

It's been done with everything possible now storage units, numerous car shows, toys, even a couple where no money is spent and they barter item's to either auction or keep bartering up till they get the big item.i used to watch all these shows from all the storage auction shows,the American pickers and the rest of the countries that copied ,all the car and bike show's toy Hunter,thrift Hunters,dukes of haggle, baggage wars etc I could go on and on but let's face it it's another show that will be a 1 season only show and no one will remember it in a few years of it was as easy as these shows make it look at finding these wonderful items just like that and then selling for a great profit we would all be millionaires ....... and be in Alaska either crab fishing on our own boats or looking for gold under the ice or a lease with our millions worth of equipment and of course a camera crew there filming us for the show: from pickers to millionaire gold prospectors....the only thing this show has going for it is the fact that the stuff that they are looking for is all stuff from my childhood etc

I originally set out to watch this show because I saw a commercial for it and found the guys really attractive. But the guys aside, the content is really interesting. They find some ridiculous items. And I like when they show the old commercials for some of the products they find. Mind you, some of the prices are ridiculous, but not like it's money, so whatever.

The collectors here are morons overpaying on everything. They will bankrupt the tv company before season 1 ends. That being said the show is light fun and entertaining borrowing heavily from the American Pickers format.

Interesting content, the way they barter with people is abhorrent though. Probably the worst part of the show. Downright offensive in my opinion.
