You have to be Israeli, or smarter than me

I saw the film when I was new in Israel, and it bored me completely. I saw it again twenty years later and I thought it was a terrific commentary on its generation. I guess you need either to have lived here, or to be better at understanding another culture than I was when I first saw it.
