Simple-minded porn, reminiscent of those early "nudie cuties" of the '60s, returns in this silly saga about a con man. Paul Coxx is featured as a door-to-door salesman of magical sunglasses (the "shades" of the title) and also served as executive producer of this minor project.
He charges more and more money for the glasses (his prices ranging from $200 to an astronomical $1500 a pair. T. T. Boy is the main target of his scam, and many sex scenes later, Paul is revealed as a charlatan, but quite successful at duping both Boy and his pal Marc Wallice.
It's harmless and silly, meant as pleasant escapism making fun of guys who just want to get laid and apparently have tons of disposable income to throw around. Cast of less familiar actresses than usual pays off.
