I tried to watch this film and couldn't understand what it was trying to represent. There was no plot, no storyline, poor acting and worst of all, nasal voices from all the actors! The more I watched the film, I decided that it was just a spoof of poorly made films and wasn't a serious piece. Then after watching the conclusion, I decided that the people that made this film were actually trying to be serious.
I take it that the heavy set man in the film is Richard Anselmo since he was the only actor visible during the production. At least the other actors were on heard and not seen.
Since I still do not know what the film is trying to accomplish, I conclude that it was one of the worst films I have ever seen! I suggest all the actors in this film see an ear, nose and throat specialist to correct their nasally voices immediately. In addition, I suggest they try another profession in life.

This film short should be titled, "HOW NOT TO MAKE A FILM SHORT". There is no plot, there is no story line and absolutely the worst acting I have ever witnessed. It seemed as if a 4th Grader wrote the script for this film short.
The writer, Richard Anselmo, was once noted for his great facial comedy and clumsiness in "Ballet Parking" back in 1985. Ever since he teamed up with the "McGuires", his writing skills went right down the drain. He should be ashamed of himself passing this horrible film clip as a short.
As an actor, Richard Anselmo had a bright future back in 1985 in the field of comedy. His facial expressions were a throw back to Buster Keaton. In Foilage Funeral 2000, he comes across as an idiot trying to make a film. If only he utilized his acting skills as a comic instead of a serious actor, this short would have had some substance.
In conclusion, this film is a total disgrace and should have never been viewed in a public place. Well, we found the second coming of Ed Wood in Richard Anselmo. Unfortunately, Ed Wood had more talent than Anselmo!
