The video kicks off with the featured Pets talking about their preference between being dominant or submissive as a standard montage flashes by (2 mins). A title card introduces each scene and you hear from the model throughout their segments. However what stands out like a sore thumb in 'Dreamgirls' is a lack of attention given to the lower halves of their bodies especially for a Penthouse title.
"Theresa" Presley poses in a bikini outside, but it doesn't last long. Then in a black piece of lingerie that quickly comes off. Now a red dress that shows off her cleavage before that comes off too. Lastly in a bathtub all oiled up and getting wet (8 mins). "Brandy" Ledford is laying down in a green dress exposing her breasts. Then its a black dress that comes off near a piano. Lastly two more dresses as pictures are taken (4.5 mins).
"Robin" Brown sees a little build up until it ends with her topless on a staircase. You can see right away the focus is gonna be her big bust. Next she's gets topless and dances / jiggles around playfully. Goes fully nude in a luxurious bathtub where her buns and kitty from behind get featured making it the hottest part here in my opinion (8.5 mins).
"Janine" her entire bit is some silliness about robots and she has silver body paint on to resemble one. They leave it off her private area and boobs except the nipples. It's not the worst concept ever, but wasn't my favorite (4.5 mins). Now "Christy Joel" dances around in a bikini getting topless. Then we join her in a black see thru leotard that doesn't last long at all before we join her in a shower (5.5 mins). "Christy Lee" is initially in a black see thru top and panties that come off. Then a yellow dress that hits the floor gives more views of her naked body (7.5 mins).
"Shawn" Mussel in a pair of skintight jeans and a white bra they briefly show her riding a horse with her boobs bouncing. Inside she drops out of a dress as the color of her panties change between shots and again it doesn't last long. Then we're on a bed as she strips from a nightie that yields a nice close-up of her kitty (3.5 mins). "Lynn" Johnson wastes no time showing off her pretty blonde rack. The next part is the same story. There's a quick close-up of her panties being removed and then it's over (4.5 mins).
Penthouse's 'Dreamgirls' isn't horrible. It features many pretty ladies - some of the busty blonde variety - but it's really inconsistent in quality and has the tendency to be really tame even by 1994 video standards. An interview should never interrupt an actual scene in process too.
