You Can't Pick And Choose Alone

A young, newly married couple is going to a New Year's Eve party thrown by his boss. As we watch them and the others go through their routines of getting ready, he get an idea of how their marriages are. Then we get to the party and they make a game of telling on themselves, how they deal with issues.

This being a production from Brigham Yung University, it won't surprise you that it espouses old-fashioned ideas about marriage. However, not as old-fashioned as all that, and ready to admit the issues and problems about two adults getting along.

Gordon Jump is probably the best known performer, and he is very lively. It's directed by Judge Whitaker, who was an animator for Walt Disney and other Hollywood cartoon producers before he started to make movies like this. He died in 1985 at the age of 77.
