Dr. Sinister

This is another episode which illustrated the way the show tended to play against its own premise. Fred and Barney meet Madame Yes and Dr Sinister while trapped on a volcanic island. This situation was preceded by Fred and Barney watching Jay Bondrock on television. I agree with another reviewer, that Jean Vander Pyl as Madame Yes was the best aspect of the episode. The character wasn't particularly appealing, but Jean's voice made her sexy! She was too important to be captured, or to blow up! I was surprised to learn that Mel Blanc did the voice of Dr Sinister. Didn't really sound like one of Mel's many voices. In any case, lots of fun and adventure. A somewhat unique Flintstones episode.
