So to my two complaints. First off we have Yelena who do not shot from a distance, blow up the roof top or use her weapons or skills in any form or way to knock out her target/s. Either she is just testing Barton, which is possible, or she is a very incompetent assassin. She would simply not act and do it this way. Which leads me to the next issue; the writing/directing. I am not sure if it is the writing that make the episode feel off and the ending rushed, or if it is the directing that is missing key moments and cannot build up scenes correctly. Perhaps it is both? Regardless the acting saves it. Despite the writing/directing being slightly off, all the actors do such a great job that in the end it barely matters. This is a great example of what great actors can do with a slightly subpar material.
With those minor complaints this is still an excellent superhero TV episode and should not be missed. This is a lovely show, and if they can stick the landing this will be one of the best things Marvel has ever done.
A strong 8 out of 10, and I highly recommend.
(Why did IMDB make it so you have to have 150 characters in a review? I litterally said everything I wanted to say)
This is an enjoyable episode that includes some decent character moments for Clint.
Much like the episode 'Hide and Seek' I think you have to really enjoy the humour to get the most out of this episode. Most of the story is banter and fun before the plot moves on slightly towards the end.
For me the best moments are the heart to heart between Clint and Kate, and the action sequence at the end which has an interesting character reveal.
Jeremy Renner and Hailee Steinfeld are both solid, although Renner does have a tendency to mumble on occasion.
All production values are as strong as ever.
For me it is a 6.5/10 but I round upwards.
There were 4 characters fighting in the ending, and you know all these characters are not that bad. So, you don't want anyone to get hurt. This feeling enhance the viewing experience more. Loved it again.

- TriviaClint is seen drinking out of a coffee mug that says "Thanos was right." That same phrase appeared as graffiti on a urinal in Never Meet Your Heroes (2021).
- ErroresWhen Clint is in the elevator typing in his phone the text "Can you run "Sloan LT" for me please?", what his thumb is typing is nowhere near what appears on the screen..
- Citas
Kate Bishop: You lost your family in the blip?
Clint Barton: Yeah. Like half the world.
Kate Bishop: God, that must have been devastating.
Clint Barton: Yeah, there are no words.
Kate Bishop: Is that where you met the Ronin?
Clint Barton: [stays silent]
Kate Bishop: It's you, isn't it?
Clint Barton: Everybody dealt with the Blip in their own way. I continued to do what I was trained to do.
Kate Bishop: Protect people.
Clint Barton: Hurting people. Investigating first, but in the end, my job was always been to hurt people.
