The Old Man and the Seat

Seems everytime a show tries to step out of its comfort zone people try to cancel it.... The first episode was full of material and was hella funny and the second one showed rick as a dynamic character. I hope we continue to see small vhanges in him this season. Def better than se 3!

This episode was horrible. It was past my threshold of random. It was stupid.

First episode was a head better but still not saying this one is bad. Just opening was brilliant and now it's quite hard to achieve the same level. Still episode was pretty decent and meaningful.

This episode was phenomenal and had all that I felt was missing from season 3. All three plots were interesting and there was also a decent amount of character development. This was a great episode that felt like it was straight from season 2. If season 4 continues to be this good it might be the most solid season yet.

Guys!! You got this!! ... we are already fans of the show! You don't have to try so hard. The pacing in the first three episodes of season 4 seems way off. The timing just isn't right. You have lost something along the way and a lot of this season is starting to feel like a forgettable mess. I feel it has something to do with the pacing. Yes I appreciate your ingenuity and quick witted jokes. But the fine line that was so effortlessly tip toed in the last seasons seems way over stepped. You must feel a tremendous amount of pressure to please the fans and get it right but in that pursuit you seem to been losing your cool.. chill our a bit. Let the scenes breath a little more. We love and trust your work. There are some amazing ideas and things happening in season 4 but so far it feels artificial and not art ultimately. I'll keep believing and hopefully the dust will settle.
