Cautious Hero: The Hero Is Overpowered but Overly Cautious

This is one of the best anime in this season really great and worth watching , the comedy is top notch . and even if it's really funny it still has some dark moment and the action is well done too i really recommend this to everyone especially people who liked Konosuba

I find this anime very funny. There's not much of a plot also not much romance but still it would make your time. For the story I would give it 6* but because it was so funny that's why i gave it overall 8* i really recommend it to watch.

I was looking forward to watching this as I expected another bit of humour, similar to the Devil is a Part timer, and I did get that. Especially at the beginning. It was rather funny but I quickly though that the humour by itself was not going to carry this. I was correct and the show quickly introduced new aspects and story arch, in the end it was one of the most moving shows I have ever seen. That was totally unexpected and it was a pleasant surprise. There was fan service, but strangely enough a lot of it was female focused. I enjoyed it and it was funny at points, but this is not a typical harem isekai and I really found that refreshing. Don't get me wrong, Seiya gets a lot of admirers, but he simply does not care. He's not embarrassed of awkward, its just of no interest to him and that is another interesting theme. This is great, you must watch it.

The series is set up in a video game like world. As the title reveals, the hero likes to be thoroughly prepared and us suspicious of everything to a fault. The comedy in the show is superb, though some of it is not for children. The screenplay overtly focuses on the lead character and his possible romantic interest. Due to this, some other supporting characters are wasted. The story seems a bit rushed towards the end. Good thing as compared to other Netflix series is that the story completes without a cliffhanger with a promise of second season.
