This movie is low budget. And it feels that way but at least it wastes no time, the movie gets straight into the action. Beautiful location for shooting which is ofcourse overdone.
The acting is good from the 5 main characters. Everyone seems to be having fun, with the lead actor seeming to enjoy playing an overconfident, stereotypical lead man (called Jonathan Danger after all). And it's actually funny at times, and not just because of some of the dialogue and settings but a couple of intended to be funny moments made me genuinely chuckle. Although i had to laugh at the very stupid ending of the film the most (is that it?).
In terms of sterotypes there's German stereotypes, (not a bad thing). Stereotypical flashbacks to add some emotional weight, which work to be fair.
It strangely has a great soundtrack harkening back to the old adventure films, which is again overdone and keep it loud wherever they can even when people are speaking.
There's a few Camera shots that make no sense (why are they filming the underside of a car? Lol).
Overall its fun, don't expect anything Oscar worthy or top action but it never takes itself too seriously.

No casting. They took the cast from "The West and the Ruthless" and just went and did something else. No sets or lighting for the most part. Not even when they did move indoors they didn't bother with much. Using the white tents was brilliant. It's like shooting in giant light boxes. Beyond that, it's just some relatively new actors getting some work experience making something barely watchable.
"Danger! Danger!" is a very interesting movie. A movie that seems to mix history, fantasy, and comedy. I think it will be the most memorable movie I have seen this year. In particular, the main actor's acting is good and the quality of the props used in the movie is high.
Where's the story. The masterpiece has faded. No beginning and no end, this doesn't sit well for Danger! Danger!
Danger! Danger! This isn't the title of the movie, this is a warning not to venture any further, for you will be sadly disappointed.
Reading the contents of the label on food packaging is more entertaining than watching this misfit creation that has been called a movie.
It's something that I just can't put my finger on, so to speak and it really doesn't have a leg to stand on in many ways.
So if you feel, like me that, you need to see what Danger! Danger! Is all about proceed at your own risk, the warning is there.

This movie is misunderstood by a lot of people. It is a sarcastic, kind of a throwback, funny, 80's style movie. I enjoyed it very much. This movie doesnt take itself too serious, and so shouldn't you. The acting is good and on par with 80's style movies, because its just as it was in the 80's. Sound and effects are spot on (its a bit like a star wars movie sound) It was like watching an old James Bond movie mixed with Lost in Space and the Mummy. The setting and acting was a bit like Austin Powers, so people who enjoyed that will also enjoy this. Just watch it and imagine yourself back in the 80's. 10/10.
¿Sabías que…?
- TriviaThis is the 2nd collaboration with Actors Benedict Mazurek, Paul Haapaniemi, and Alexander Harris. All three of them were in Nick + Lexie's debut feature film, The West and the Ruthless.
- ErroresThe soldiers have their gas masks on all times, while the main characters don't. No point in wearing a hot gas mask limiting one's field of vision when there is no risk of gas exposure.
