This is how cartoons should be. We all know that She-Ra is an inclusive series that dares to talk about stuff that used to be taboo in a child focused cartoon, but this season has just gotten better and better, talking about even more subjects (like sacrifice, death and loss; starting from the ending of season 3).

The use of time in this episodes is really well done. We have a proper introduction to Mara and realized she kicks ass. Emotional and empowering episode. Best from this whole series so far imo.

I mean.. the writing on this episode is surreal. The back and forth between past, present, future, done with TREMENDOUS fluidity. Just brilliant.
