Before getting to the review, I'd like to share some trigger warnings that weren't at the cinema nor at the beginning of the movie, for anybody who might need them.

Please do not watch this movie if you've been through or are sensitive to any of these triggers, and you aren't in a safe or stable place. It can be extremely triggering.

- A movie that is worth being watched, if not for the story, for its music. The soundtrack is beautiful and unique. I love the way techno and edm are played in the most unexpected places and moments, and how it alternates with calm and suggestive music.

The movie is delicate, and yet so painful to watch.

Rona moves from the countryside of Orkney to London for her masters in biology. She works in a lab, but her life quickly changes as she falls in love with a man and with alcohol. The story flows in a non linear way between London, Orkney and folklore stories. It follows Rona's highs and lows, from pubs and clubs to home and AA meetings. Until she finds her true passion and a cozy corner of the world that is able to heal her.
