An amazing space adventure

Ams Overton's SPACE GOBLINS is such a fun ride. The artwork is brilliant, with eye catching colors and very cool creature designs. This is the precursor to the eventual larger, love action film, and I'm very excited to see that one. The world he's building is like Star Wars mixed with Phil Tippett's Mad God and really brings back a retro vibe we haven't seen in animation in a long time. This animated project really shows the genius mind behind the project on full display. Definitely a worthy viewing for any fans of science fictions, and especially those of us who grew up watching 80's style cartoons like He-Man or Dino Riders or Heavy Metal.

Great characters and animation!

Space Goblins is good stuff. Wildly inventive visuals in service of a funny script full of memorable characters and scenes. Behind all the gags and hijinks is some rich worldbuilding that gives the feeling that this universe is a lived-in place with its own history. The main characters' need to rationalize their work in a society that's clearly circled the drain adds dimension to the writing, showing that Space Goblins has more on its mind than just getting the next joke out, and it makes me want to see how the characters might evolve if given more screen time. It's a very potent taste of something much larger, like an episode from a TV series that never existed, but should, and on that note, it has me excited for the feature-length movie!

LOVED IT - Very Funny Great Dialogue

AMS is just an amazing filmmaker , he managed to balance the humour with the action, great dialogue. Can't wait to make the feature version with him. It will be insane!! What a journey he has created for the characters Gib & Gob.

Loved the nightclub scene, it's like the cartoon version of Total Recall. The relationship between Gib & Gob is great , one talks a lot and one doesn't , hilarious.

AMS managed to take me on a journey and inserted mixed emotions in me as an audience, I laughed , I was sad , I was angry .. he did this very well. I know he will create something amazing for the full feature.

Space goblins is great!

If you like nostalgic 80s sci-fi vibes then please give this a watch. It's an animated sci-fi movie about two bounty hunters trolling through the galaxy on a quest. The humour is dark at points but nevertheless absolutely hilarious and the animation is very retro but utterly fits the films style.

Buckle up for more adventures from this director one would assume fairly soon soundtrack also adds very interesting layers to accompany the animation. One thing I would say that would've been greater would be that the length of the feature could've been elongated to improve the narrative but one would assume as this is a first film of the director that that will be following shortly in another adaptation.

Great entertainment

This short film was an enjoyable ride. I really liked the main characters, and I felt invested in them. The story is full of humour and action, which engaged me in going on the journey with the characters.

What I especially like is that I can feel the passion of the filmmaker in the way the he tells the story. His combined love of animation and story telling, and his impressive technical skills, radiates out of the film. And this makes you engage even more.

It was great to hear that the story will developed into a feature film, and I am really looking forward to see where the story goes in the future.
