An evildoer terrorizing villagers near Fujimi is challenged by a strange and heroic man (Takeo) with a chicken. The chicken, aided by the yodel of peace, wisdom, and justice, turns out to be more than meets the eye. Takeo's escapades become a source of inspiration and melodies for many across the land.
