Phase II

The long tracking shots were done in sections, as the studio's motorized track is only 3 feet long (the "clean" kitchen island measured 7 feet). The Panasonic DVX200 camera used for filming was suspended upside-down, just barely above the island surface. When the track neared its limit, a cooking utensil was purposely handled very close to the camera to allow editing for the next section.
