After Leah killing Pope and accusing Daryl, the Reapers are hunting him down. Leah fires the hwacha to destroy the walkers and people from Maggie's group, but Maggie, Negan, Eliajah and Gabriel are hidden inside their fortress. Maggie guides them to a secret compartment inside the infirmary while Carver is hunting them down. Daryl saves Gabriel's life from a sniper and hides his body, when Leah enters the room. Carver confronts Negan, Maggie and Elijah and overpowers them, but Negan hits him with a bell, and he faints. Maggie is ready to kill him when Daryl arrives and tells Maggie that they should use Carver as leverage. Now the group will negotiate with Leah and the remaining Reapers to leave Meridian safe and sound.
