Lance is such an awesome villan and super intriging. Maggie is finaly becoming fealing like the main charecter besides Daryl and her arc since season 2 has bean wonderful to watch. Not giving this episode a 10 because of the insanely rushed pace of this epispde. A few episodes ago we got a whole Eugene love story epsiode and then all the most important parts feel rushed (Only 40 minute runtime?? For the mid season finale????)

This episode was such a mixed bag of good and bad I don't know how to feel about it. In general Im kinda disappointed considering how great episodes 13-15 were. Pretty much nothing unpredictable happened here. There were no major deaths (only VERY minor characters) despite the episode seemingly foreshadow a big death early on.

The action was great in some parts and really strange in some parts and straight up bad and janky in other parts. We got to see a little bit of everyone, all of Negan, Aaron, Gabriel and Maggies scenes were great for the most part but the death scene of one particular character seemed really lackluster, even for a minor character. Overall, as a mid-season finale of THE FINAL SEASON I expected so much more out of this episode. I think the announcement of the spin-offs really takes some exciting momentum away from the final season that we felt going into it.

So on the whole, a pretty average episode from The Walking Dead. Not great, not terrible, just okay. Doesnt exactly leave me with much excitement going into the last 8 episodes.

It's no lie that this season has been mediocre, but this is the 2nd mid season finale with 8 episodes to go, and it just didn't fully deliver.

This is the FINAL SEASON, the reapers should have never existed as they were useless, these commonwealth scenes feel so repetitive and useless, this episode was okay.

Also since when did Lance Hornsby become Harvey Dent with his coin flipping...

Hopefully 11C is amazing because honestly this season has been disappointing.

TWD has a problem with writing believable baddies. They start off ok but every time they descend into cartoon baddie territory, all stupid swagger and no smart cunning which would have got the character to their position of power in the first place, ending up with a steady stream of unrewarding and unbelievable events.

Hornsby becomes another in that stream as he starts to yell "do it" at his minions, motivations become cloudy and silly, and we get another disappointment, in a multiple series spiral of disappointments.

Leah ended up going nowhere too. What was with her suddenly having a team of 'disposable red shirt' ninjas at her command? Where did they come from? Were they just some of Hornsby's storm trooper fan club with their white bits taken off?

What was the shoot out with Darryl, Aaron and Gabriel? Aaron took a hit to the shoulder but luckily it was just a through and out flesh would that Gabriel's hankie could fix. All better now.

Confusing cluttered and illogical. Team WD in effect.

I mean it was a decent episode . Some things were predictable . The ending was OK . This episode needed a bit more . Expected more because this is the final season and this was the part 2 finale . Hope the ending is good for this show .
