the blue snake

All is seductive and movie in the case of this short animation.

A woman in hospital , watching over her sick father, feeling her inability to help him, maybe to love him.

Memories from childhood: together fishing and playing games. But in a moment when she needs him , he do not hear her. This moment, near the comparation with the lady next the bed of her father are the keys of this beautiful in gentle manner to explore frustrations and remorses , significant for fair simplicity of story and drawings, for the bitter poetry and for the feelings inspired.

A film about loneliness and touch of past . And about a blue snake death as precise parable.

This was a very sad and tender short film. I loved the animation style used in it and I was touched by its simplicity and its effectiveness.
