Excellent sequel
I love how they have developed his character through the walking dead, and how the keep doing that in the series Daryl Dixon. He is a man who came out as a better man from the apocalypse. He is well grounded, kind, good-hearted and knows his priorities. And he does what it takes to stand up for himself and those he protect. He has depth. Also I love the European take on this sequel. Have seen Dead city with the New York theme, New York being a city with a strong character itself, gives the quite worn out content new life. So does the European theme in Daryl's story. They capture the culture, the history, the people and the nature in a way that gives the series a whole new depth. Daryl fits right in here and his character grows with it. Well done!
I've Enjoyed It
The Walking Dead: Darryl Dixon has absolutely lived up to all the hype. Like most, Darryl was one of my favorite characters from the original show so I've been looking forward to this. It didn't disappoint. This follows the story of fan favorite Darryl Dixon as he travels across the ocean to France. There he's put in charge of protecting a young boy who's thought to be the savior for humanity. Between this, Dead City and The Ones Who Live, The Walking Dead is back and as good as ever. This reminds me of the early seasons of the original where you couldn't wait until the next episode instead of just watching because you put so much time into it and wanted to see what happens but it almost felt like a chore. This show has refreshed a franchise many thought was on its last leg and a show where it can get a few years of being really exciting.

I love the contrast!
Love this new thing they traveling crossing the world very nice how to see different escenarios. I'm glad they don't stay on the same thing forever so I'm quite enjoy when I see how have the serie change but at the same time they get the original focus the fact they are trying to be back at USA is really nice to see!
Better Than Expected
I was a bit weary coming into The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon because of how hit or miss the original and Fear the Walking Dead have been over the last few seasons. Then I saw The Walking Dead: Dead City and got excited again because I really enjoyed that a lot more than I thought I would. The trailers for this didn't give away too much but just enough to get people excited. Like many have said this story is a lot like The Last of Us where a man has to travel with a really important kid across the country and dealing with a bunch of dangerous situations, both alive and dead. Daryl is still the star and biggest reason to watch but the new supporting characters are also interesting enough to tune in. Norman Reedus does such an excellent job as Daryl.
Fantastic spin off
This Walking Dead spinoff is a must watch for any Walking Dead fan. I've actually really liked all three spinoffs so far but Daryl Dixon has been my favorite. It's been outstanding from the very minute of season 1 to the very last minute of this current season. This is a show where you can't be playing on your phone, cooking dinner or doing something else, it requires your undivided attention. Both Daryl and Carol have been fan favorites since the very beginning and while I'm not a big Carol fan I have to admit that the show is better with her in because of their chemistry as best friends. The show never gets stale. I can't remember ever being bored, even for one episode. I've loved every second of every episode and I think you will to if you give it a chance.

- TriviaThe first well-known building Daryl's caravan passed by is known as the Panthéon. Its original purpose was a church, till the French Revolution when it was converted to a Mausoleum which would commemorate France's National Heroes.
- ErroresEven though the series takes place more than a decade after the apocalypse there seems to be no end to sound petroleum. Characters readily operate cars and trucks in series even though gasoline will become compromised as it ages, usually with in a year or so. Further, as gasoline breaks down, it becomes gummy and also compromises engine components as well. So, running motor vehicles ten year plus into the zombie apocalypse are not happening.
