• The film does not intertwine well the past and the present

Overall I recommend for those who want to enjoy an entertainment movie and do not focus on details and acting If you interesting in the story plot, i recommend you should check on the original book or movie (Soulmate 2016 - a Chinese version)

Soulmate delivers the sweetness and pain of friendship. Kim Da-mi and Jeon So-nee's chemistry makes me feel a strong bond and deep emotions.

The cinematography is very beautiful and warm giving a lot of impression of the good old days in jeju island.

I love the details used in this film such as paintings, earrings, and several other things that really support their story.

The narration is neat with several twists until finally being slapped with a very bitter reality that makes me feel broken, sad, and miss my best friend.

At the end we know why they really deserve to be called "Soulmate".

This movies is based off a book and also there's a Chinese version (original) of this movie released on 2016. Kim Da-Mi is one of my favorite actress despite her excellent performance in every role she does. There's something about her expression that feels so real and connectes so well. The key highlights of this movie is the story and camera play, you will feel the old vibe of Jeju island.

Two best friends very opposite of their personalities becoming really close to each other and doing so the bond they form character they build and a world their create within. We never actually released how impactful someone's presence in our life.

Soulmate is such a beautiful take on friendship and what it truly means to have a soul mate. I cried a lot watching this movie just because it was so beautiful. Kim Da Mi is a brilliant actress and this role solidifies her ability to take on anything but who stood out for me was Jeon so Nee, her quiet charm, the ease of her gentleness on screen captures the role she plays just too well.

A well-directed movie, the merge between past and present never left you confused and even the cliffhanger parts were played out correctly too, Give it a watch if you've seen "Beaches" or you just want to watch something that will stir you up.

Movie is awesome. The story is so real, so deep, that it makes you to wipe out a tear or a few. Great movie about real friendship, deep and meaningful life. It is full of beautiful moments and dissapointments. Its about real emotions, like friendship, love, anger, dedication and lots other. Kim Da Mi was on fire - so good acting. She becomes one of my favorite asian actresses.

Movie is slow paced, step by step leading you till the peak, which is real emotional bomb, exploding your mind within a few astonishing moments. Playfull, emotional, sometimes sad. Some heroe's actions were questionable, but overall - movie is a great choice 👍
