Chaavu Kaburu Challaga

This was painful , ridiculous and wrong completely !

The guy harasses, tortures, stalks, commit felony against a genuinely grieving widow and her in-laws ( who both love and care of eachother and are trying to come out of abyss of grief) and we supposed to root for him ? He is the "good" guy ?

Bullah@t there is no shades of grey here !

Is a violent, manipulate, excrement of a monster that need to institutionalised for the criminally insane !

Every category is bad in this film. Every scene is illogical. There isn't one scene or song or dialogue that connects.

The Concept and message was good. The director tried making this as a commercial flick. Too many songs and predictable screenplay. Could've been a lot better.

Such a boring film, hopeless, not able to watch fully. It's senseless movie, dialogues was not good, dull screen play, poor music. Except Badram role rest all not good.

Special Note to Hero Karthikeya's performance. As weird and bad the movie may be, Karthikeya's performance is spot on. He absolutely fit his character and no one could have done that much justice to the film as much as him.

In Depth Analysis:

First 30 minutes: This part is actually a great start to the movie. It introduces the main plot. It introduces the main character; Karthikeya. Although it runs on routine lines the movie has a nice uniqueness for the concept itself (the hero is basically a person who takes dead bodies to the graveyard). With balancing all of this, director Kaushik also adds some nice comedy throughout. The first 30 minutes is definitely an enjoyable experience.

Rest of the movie: This is where everything went wrong. After watching this, people might even get slight migraine or brain problems. The problem with the movie is the screenplay. The movie has many situation but none of the situations correlate with each other; this makes it seem that the movie has no destination and goes all over the place. Due to this the audience won't feel any excitement while watching it. In rom-coms we will already know what will happen in the end; the hero and heroine will marry, but during that process we should feel excitement and thrill so that we connect with the story. This movie clearly lacks that.

A few things the movie did great was the way it connected Karthikeya's mom's story to Lavanya. The way the emotion is showed is truly the director's genius. Although no one believes a 50 year old should marry again when her husband is still alive he almost makes us believe its okay. Another thing they did good is the comedy. Whether its an emotional scene or a love scene they made sure to successfully crack 3 or 4 jokes every scene.

Overall this is a below average film that has very bad screenplay which you can watch only for the comedy.
