Bigfoot: The Conspiracy

Chris Simoes creates a great mood with this Flick. I've watched several thousand "Bigfoot" low budget movies and this is one I actually watched through till the end. The director is successful at keeping your interest ( I'm a Bigfoot enthusiast so I watch this kinda stuff all the time). The Creature is not too ' in your face' but you get the idea from short shots here and there that he ain't something to mess with. The photography is spot on and makes me want to go to explore Georgia and it's untamed beauty. I love the final ending shot and the line spoken by Dante's wife. Thanks Chris Simoes for making a watchable BF Flick. Cheers !! 👍

I have never watched a movie with so many bad actors in one flick. Maybe they were all selected so they could practice their skills. Despite this I still watch since I enjoy horror movies.

As an avid Bigfoot fan, I felt compelled to write this review because I don't want anyone to spend timing watching this. It's really bad. Poorly done. And worse, I might have been able to get through the bad acting if it weren't for the music. As a former musician, there is a time when you need to realize that you're sabotaging an event, vibe, or movie with your songs. If you're not a pro, don't pollute a B movie and make it unwatchable because you decide to stick your punk-metal garage music into a soundtrack. Wow. Shame. I applaud anyone who makes a piece of art or creative product, but this just falls short in every way.

The scenes are shot like something from a computer game. Everything is just so clear and crisp and unreal. Doesn't feel like a real movie. I watched it though for something to do

Oh man, this is a rough one. If you're wondering about the positive reviews here you'd be right to suspect they're authored by friends and family of cast and crew. There's no other explanation. 10 of 10? Get real!

One of the first signs that this might be a struggle was seeing that the director, Chris Simoes, was also the writer, and that he gave himself a plum acting role too. Jack of all trades, master of none. His acting chops were non-existent but they aren't even the worst here. That dishonor goes to Dave R. Watkins, who is as stiff and wooden as they come.

The writing is strictly amateur hour and the direction is no better. This is a tough slog.

Also worth a mention is the music. For whatever reason they insist on shoehorning in some extremely schlocky garage punk band's "greatest hits." I'll give them this - it fits right in with the quality of the production.
