Ok, yes it is 🙂. But the people using it in reviews of S3 of the show mean it as an insult, like when they use "liberal" or "leftist".
Some don't like the fact the show has started addressing social issues, so they're whining about it. These are the same people who call others who bring these things up elsewhere "snowflakes".
If you don't like the show any more, don't watch. Perhaps you could write your own show and get it produced, where the poor oppressed straight white males get to finally be free, because I'm guessing the majority of people giving 1 star are at least any 2 out of 3 of that group.

Start of this season is really disappointing. While I appreciate the writers taking on what is a very tough subject that really does need to be discussed and explored, I personally think a single story arc exploring issues of racism would have been far more powerful than shoe horning as many in as possible in every episode.
We watch to be entertained. Not to be preached to and I'm sorry, but that's the way it's coming across. I just hope it calms down because if it keeps going like this their preaching will destroy what is a very good show.

While I am glad that the show is addressing the issues of police brutality, systemic racism and intersections of oppression, I fear that it is also harmful. The narrative suggests that it is a indeed a "few rotten apples" within the police rather than the institution itself that is the driving force of police brutality (particularly against BIPOC). I mean maybe I shouldn't watch a police show when I believe in defunding rather than reforming, but I am interested in how fiction relates to reality (and how our view of reality is influenced by fiction).
The previous episode was a cheesy Hollywood take on the current political issue of police advise of power, this episode was all about how police view minorities AND even touched on how female minorities are treated unfairly.
The entire episode was complete garbage. The writers are using the show as a political platform and it has ruined the show. The entire show is now about showing a "theyre not all bad" POV for police officers. Attention Hollywood writers, we already know that! When you pander to the audience, it seems lazy and ruins the show. I'm strongly considering giving up on this show after this garbage.
Sargent: You don't know what it was like for me and your father! You stand on our shoulders!
Jackson: and yet the water is still above my head.
Best. Comeback. Ever.
I'm so glad this show is taking a stand and talking about things that matter in the real world.

- TriviaOn Nathan Fillion's previous show Castle (2009), his mother was a redhead who wore her hair the same way as Frances Fisher in this episode.
- ErroresA character says the homicide victim was shot with "silicone coated armor piercing" bullets. In fact, these rounds would pass through a body and not be recoverable as would normal jacketed bullets. Armor piercing bullets are just that- they are designed to pierce metal, so nothing in a body would stop them.
