Episode 3

S1 E3, which is simply brilliant, but be forewarned: It's probably the moment where you realize this would have been a better 3 part miniseries than full on 8 episode per season 'unsure to renew' for a second one.

The delivery of E3 is brilliant. The ending is entirely stolen from the cult classic "Bokeh" and that's perfectly fine by me as few people would be familiar with that film. It's a gut punch, it's cruel but meaningful.

It's also the very catharsis of the previous 2 episodes, which forms the strongest bond in the series.

Be forewarned: The rest of the season is good, but not as great as this, and you'll be chasing that 'episode 3 high' without finding it again.

And as for season 2, the less is said about that the better. Typical 'woops we ran out of material from the original so let's try to reproduce it', and that's a real shame considering how solid the first 3 episode of the first season were.

Wow this episode was very intense!

So I made the mistake of watching squid first and compared to episode 6 of that series this has the same gut punching scenario , it's still acted greatly bar a couple and the story line is still gripping ... but nothing will ever compare to the marbles episode of squid . If you can watch this series first then I would recommend it and then squid after. I'm still recording from that episode . This still brought me to tears coz I'm more than likely a big 6,3 giant softy. Anyway still a great episode . Yall easterners really know how to make a series I tell your. Puts us westerners to shame when it comes to this genre . We haven't the balls or actors to create this sort of emotion and suspense . Yall crazy and I love you .

Haven't screamed at a TV screen in awhile...after watching Sweet Home, this series has turned out to be a good fall back plan so far...

Just mind blowing. Just amazing. Superb. Excellent execution.
