The killer and the ghosts are pretty creepy. The performances are pretty great. Some of my favorite performances include Rudy Ledbetter and Greg Tally as two hilarious chefs and Tatiana Sokolova's Nadia, who has one of the best lines in the film, which I won't spoil. Danielle Harris is quite good, though her screen time is rather limited, it's definitely memorable. If I had one minor quibble it would be that I would have liked to see more of the past and see more of the doctor's experiments and for a few things to be explained a little more.

A very good attempt at horror filmmaking from StoneBerry Films.

I was lucky enough to see an early private screening of this movie a few months ago. And I was blown away. I watch a lot of low budget indie stuff. Sometimes they are great and sometimes they can be pretty bad. But I really feel like Dr Gift is the best indie slasher film I've ever seen. It checked all the boxes, creative kills, comedy, gore, and even had some unexpected scary moments. It's also super cool that they got Danielle Harris to be in this. It's not going to be for everyone of course, but if you are a fan of slasher movies like Hatchet and Terrifier, then I would definitely give this a watch.

You walk into this and bam! Dr Gift with a right hook. Then simmer down time to introduce the new main characters and story. Soon the accelerator gets pumped and bam! Left hook and Dr Gift is right back at you! I wont spoil the end but yeah... buckle up your seatbelts!

Keeps telling me I'm under characters so BANANA!

Firstly, whoever cast this movie needs to be ashamed. Other than Danielle Harris, there was not a single decent actor in it. The acting was very, VERY amateur, like someone got their friends and family to act in it.

Now that I'm thinking about it, I bet every actor in this movie paid for a role. That would explain the terrible acting and why the film was all over the place.

Speaking of how things were all over the place, whoever wrote this needs to never write again. They need to hire actual writers. A high schooler could do better.

Lastly, it says the budget was $188,000/ There is absolutely no way this cost more than $8,000. No way.

The best thing, the only good thing about this film is the hot, nude actresses.

Great little production from Stoneberry Films, Dr Gift includes a good amount of cast members, good sound design and photography. The film is ridiculous, bats*** insane and raunchy in all the right places. Is very gory at times so might not want to see this with the little folks. A good Halloween movie!
