This is definitely the worst episode in the whole series so far. I mean seriously lizzo???
The story of this season is sooo unfocused, unnecessary characters come out of nowhere.
This season could have been great for the development of grogu and the mandalorian, but so far, none of that...... at all!
I am seriously sad, this series was really really good the first two seasons, but this season is a total mess, especially those couple last episodes.
In this episode, lizzo was terrible, she is definitely not an actress and she will never be.
They still have two episodes left and I don't think they will do big things, but i hope they will redeem themselves, just a little bit.

Horrible, lack of originality and completely tonally out of place, everything down to the aesthetics is just misplaced & does not feel like a mando episode at all. I appreciate the attempt to try & try something new the use of comedy has been common even in S1 of mando, we had bill burr, so I'm okay with comedy, it's just the execution... and this episode fails at the execution, why does the entire story feel cookie cutter, I feel like I'm watching a predictable scooby doom mystery. The episode has some sort of interesting plot points that could have worked had the characters worked, but it just didn't, they suck & so does the way the execution was for this episode, it wraps up nice I suppose with a good 4 minutes to spare but other than that this entire episode is skippable.
I loved S1 of Mando, it revived this franchise for me like many others here. S2 was good too, the cameos & easter eggs were fun.
But now the lack of a story line is starting to show. Its almost like the script of this episode was just a couple of lines, and they let the actors improvise the rest. The dialogue is actually that bad. The droid problem filler which was like 80% of this episode would have been acceptable if we were in the first third, not the final third of the season.
I know the storyline of Mando has to merge with that sequel trilogy at some point, but does the quality of the story also needs to match?

The Mandalorian has been a hit show since its release, but "Chapter 22 Guns for Hire" falls short of the high expectations set by previous seasons. While the cameos from Jack Black, Lizzo, and Christopher Lloyd are a unique addition to the show, they don't elevate this particular episode and feel like forced additions.
The writing in this episode is mediocre at best, with a predictable and slow-paced plot that lacks the excitement that we've come to expect from the series. The episode feels like a filler installment and doesn't advance the overarching storyline in any significant way.
The quality of the show has taken a decline, noticeably different from previous seasons. There is a lack of urgency and tension, and the action sequences are lackluster compared to what we've seen in previous episodes.
It's disappointing to see the show take a step backward in Season 3. While the cameos from Black, Lizzo, and Lloyd may be a fun surprise for fans, "Chapter 22 Guns for Hire" fails to live up to the expectations set forth by previous episodes. Hopefully, the forthcoming episodes will return to the series' high standard.

We are almost at the end of the season and I still feel like we are wasting time! I gave the previous episodes a pass cause i thought by this point things would pick up... but I could not be more wrong! This episodest was one of the slowest and most pointless this season. It basicly translates to pointless side quest to advance the plot! Not even Jack Black or Christopher Lloyd could save it.
Every episode hits the excact same beat this season: side quest, something important around Bo Khatan, the end! By the way.. the last part felt rushed with little satisfaction! I have very little faith that the final episodes will deliver! Too many plotlines are almost on hold, so i fear things will either be rushed or end on a cliffhanger..
At this point i almost wish it ended with season two! I don't think they will top that based on what they have given us this season.
