But man it end just a big, mush pile of meh. I had high hopes after the first episode but those hopes were strongly squashed after the finale. I don't think the whole thing warrants a season two but if it does I highly doubt I'll watch it, unfortunately.

OMG so much potential so little effort! With talent like EVE and Brandy and the rest of the cast I was really hoping for something good! This show is sooooooo badly written. It will hurt your head. I think they tried too hard and failed. I guess better to try and fail than to not to try at all. Just expected better.

Just watched the pilot. I thought it would be the typical show about music without a good plot.

I like the way the Queen's were introduced. Giving their former singing backgrounds and then showing their current lifestyle was a great way to start a pilot.

I'm not going to give anything away, never mind the low rating. Judge for yourself, it was much better than I anticipated & im definitely watching it again.

When I saw the pilot earlier this fall, I WAS HOOKED! My first thought was "this show is better than FOX's Empire!" and I feel it still is. But as I said in the title, the show is losing its meat, its momentum. I've been watching every week it's on and will tune in for next week's show and every week after that until the season finale. But it's starting to feel more like a chore to watch. Jill's storyline is the most interesting of all the girls on this show. The other storylines are good too but I feel like the plot is losing its quality.

When Empire was on, Season 1 was an absolute blast to watch but the show quickly fell apart during Season 2 where I lost so much interest it was just on as background noise until I stopped watching it altogether. At the publication of this review we're still in Season 1 of Queens and I hope this show doesn't turn into another Empire.

First, I'll be honest, Im probably not the target audience for this show BUT I think any GOOD show can be interesting have something for everyone.

This show is just a lot of meh. SO many stereotypes and so many cliches. Its just riddled with cheesy after cheesy scene strung together. Its all just SO predictable.

Its like they took Girls5eva and smushed it with Empire.

I know the show is called "Queens" but WHY do they always have to proclaim they are a queen or that they are all queens? Its like theyre just trying (and failing) to convince themselves.

And really, this MEGA group from the 90's only seems to have ONE hit song.

The acting has slivers of good but verges on unwatchable. I simply dont see the point in it all. If this lasts (which it wont) it will only do so as part of a leftist agenda.
